WARRANTY POLICY

We’ve designed our products with durability in mind, understanding that they’re meant to be enjoyed often. While we stand by our product’s quality, we understand that no product is indestructible, and sometimes stuff happens! 1: Limited Warranty Coverage:

 “CHEERiosity Inc. (referred to as “the Company,” “Cheeriosity,” or stylized as “CHEERiosity”) warrants that the game components are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Please note that normal wear and tear, as described in Section 3, is not covered under this warranty.

2. Warranty Claims Process:

Before you initiate a warranty claim, please review the “Components Covered by Warranty” section below. Contact our warranty team at warranty@cheeriosity.ca within the warranty period, providing proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order confirmation) to assist with validating your claim. We may request photos or video of the issue if it is needed to process your claim. In some cases we may require the item(s) to be returned.

3. Components Covered by Warranty:

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in CHEERiosity game components, including word blocks and word cards. It does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling or storage, accidents, spills, or unauthorized alterations. Examples of normal wear and tear include, but are not limited to: bent or torn cards, damage from liquids, surface wear of cards or blocks, discoloration, chipped or worn edges of blocks, etc.

4. Warranty Resolution:

Upon receiving a valid warranty claim, CHEERiosity will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective components free of charge. If the exact components are no longer available, suitable replacements of equivalent value may be provided. The buyer may be responsible for associated shipping costs if CHEERiosity requires the return of the defective item(s) to process the claim. Note that not all claims will require a return, and this decision will be made at the discretion of the Company.

5. Exclusions and Limitations:

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use The Game of CHEERiosity, nor does it cover damages caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law and, where applicable, limited to the duration of the express warranty.

6. Non-Warranty Repairs:

For repairs or replacements that fall outside the scope of this warranty, please contact our customer support team. Examples may include lost game components, damaged cards, worn blocks, or a damaged exterior game box. At the discretion of the company, repair or replacement services may be offered for a small fee.

8. Rights and Remedies:

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, which may vary depending on your jurisdiction. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the period of this warranty.

9. Updates to Warranty Policy:

CHEERiosity reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our website. The information on our website will take precedence over any previously written or published warranty information.
